Nicky has been a well-known and respected part of the UK salsa scene for over 8 years now – both as a teacher and promoter.  Her background in events/project management has enabled her to contribute to many of the UK’s big salsa events, not just as a teacher but also as part of the management team.

Most recently she was asked to help manage parts of the UK Congress and has worked closely with other promoters such as Mambocity, Louis St Clair, Latin8 in addition to organising The UK Salsa Club Championship at Equinox, London (with live music from Sonora Carruseles).  She’s played an active role in bringing over a number of guest teachers from the US such as Seaon Bristol, Nelson Florez and Francisco Vasquez.
